Tape Storage – Purchase, Repair and Advance Exchange - individual solution approach
For all tape storage products, you have the option of purchasing the devices, replacing them in advance or repairing them. The most cost-effective option is repair, where the devices are repaired within 3-5 working days at a fixed price. Advance exchange offers customers who have a defective device the option of receiving a replacement device on the next working day. The defective device must then be returned to us within 10 working days. The purchase option is for our customers who want to expand or upgrade their IT landscape.
